October - a month of Happiness

This month we’re celebrating the launch of the Five Minute Journal at Reina Organics, and although technically not a book, it has inspired our October theme - Happiness.

Throughout the month we’ll be sharing Five Minute Journal inspiration on our Instagram page so if you aren’t following us yet, now’s the time.

As always, there is no fun in doing this without you so I invite you to share with us your moments of happiness and gratitude with hashtag #ReinaFiveMinuteJournal and tagging @reinaorganics.

You can also share your appreciation in the comments below or by sending us an email at books @ reinaorganics.com.

For every entry we will be donating €1 to support children in need in Bulgaria.

At the end of the month, we’ll send our favorite a copy of the Five Minute Journal, €50 Reina Organics gift card. She will also get 15 mins Skype skin care consultation with me.

P.S. Read more about my experience with the Five Minute Journal.
