Reina Organics will offer a refund on unopened items returned to us within 30 calendar days of receipt provided they are in their original resalable condition. Should any item(s) be sent back after 30 days from the date of order receipt, no refunds will be processed. Please make sure to check the parcel content upon delivery and to contact Reina Organics within 72 hours in case of missing or damaged items.
For reasons of hygiene Reina Organics is unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty.
In order for a refund to be processed, please make sure that the items you return meet the following requirements:
Products which are clearly personal in nature may not be returned. These products are marked with “**” in the name.
To return any items to Reina Organics, please, follow these steps:
1. Request a Return Number – In order to obtain your Return Number simply send an e-mail to info @ reinaorganics.com or use the Contact page on www.reinaorganics.com. When requesting your Return Number, provide your order number and which items you wish to return. Returns cannot be processed without a Return Number.
If you have chosen for Cash on Delivery as a payment method for your order, you need to include your full bank details in the email too.2. Return items – Once you receive your Return Number, send the items you wish to return to Reina Organics following the instructions you would receive by e-mail, including your unique Return Number. Wrap items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them. The item is your responsibility until it is received by Reina Organics.

the Netherlands3. Inspection and Refund - all returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method, normally within 5 working days but no later than 14 working days after the returned goods are received.
When you have received a free item with your order and after returning one or more items, your order doesn’t qualify anymore for the free item, the free item needs to be sent back or its value will be deducted from your refund.
If you have chosen for Cash on Delivery as a payment method for your order, you will receive the refund to the bank account mentioned in the e-mail message with which you have requested a Return Number.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON OPENED OR USED ITEMS
Should you wish to return all products from your order, a refund for the products and the delivery fee, if applicable, will be refunded to you.
Should you wish to return one or several items from your order, it is only the amount for the products you return which will be refunded to you. The delivery fee for your order shall not be refunded.
The shipment costs for the return are always for your expense regardless of the number of items you wish to return.
